Engagement Rule 8 for Leaders: Train Your Coaches

This is often on of the most overlooked issue in most companies.  Too many times they are lumped in with corporate training for products or roll outs. Make sure you are training your coaches. Find internal and external opportunities to teach your coaches new techniques and skills. Do this along with them if possible. It is an opportunity to share an experience with your leaders. Leading by example is the strongest technique to demonstrate with anyone.
